Today, I mainly studied sketchbook with my classmates, from which I knew my shortage by interacting with them.As a matter of fact,I truly realized what I was lacked of and tried my best to communicate with them.In that way,we all improved ourselves and increased self-confidence.As a saying gose, Two heads are better than one. Consequently,we can overcome our weaknesses by acquiring others’ strong points.Anyway,it is a good experience for me.I get to know them more, and there is no way better than chatting with each other face to face.

What impressed most was that I helped fashion design classmates to hold their exhibitions ,which was not belonged to my major. But I grasped the tips of stage set and light control, which let me learned more outside my major. As a proverb says, One is never too old to learn.I believed that if you want to study one thing, you have to accepte another matter. My major,Interior Design, needs every sites of thinking and thoughts.

Not only in my study, our life should be this.We urge ourselves to learn ,and to have a good relationship with others. We try to live better. Life is not always full of smiles and flowers. Every person has his own difficulties no matter how high his position or how great his achievement is. So it is of vital importance to have a correct attitude to face up to difficulties. Some people feel so dejected about their difficulties that they fall into pessimism; others resort to putting the blame on others, the society or circumstance; still others are frightened by difficulties and give up halfway. All these people don’t use their abilities to overcome difficulties. So their attitudes are negative. The positive method is to utilize your ability to clear away your difficulties that appear in your way of life rather than run away from them. Confront difficulties with joyful energy and enthusiasm , and you will find the difficulties are really not so hard as they appear and they will disappear in due course.

And I concluded how to achieve team work as follows:”Experience is the best teacher,” people say. Indeed, the most important, and sometimes the hardest, lessons we learn in life come from our participation in situations. For my part, you can’t learn everything from a book. and only practice makes you a successful person. To begin with, first-hand experience is important for a child. When we were children, we learned the fundamental lessons of life solely from experience. That is to say, parents teach us by experience such as how to walk steadily, how to cope with the adults, and so on and so forth. Secondly, first-hand experience is also important for an adolescent. At school, we do not learn everything from books, in that few books can teach us successfully how to meet new people and make more friends. Finally, as we leave adolescence behind and enter adult life, no book can teach us how to fall in love and get married. but experiencing our own triumphs and disasters is really the only way to learn how to live a successful life.To conclude, knowledge gained both from experience and from books have their respective roles to play in our life. However, in my view, I think the former one is more important.
